How long will my order take to arrive?

This is a question we get asked all the time. Once your order is dispatched, Orders take 7-10 working days for delivery. A working day is defined as Monday through Friday and does not include public holidays.

How do I check out?

Sign up for our free accout. Login and add products to your shipping cart. Once finished follow the steps and you will be directed to PayPal to complete your transaction. Once complete, your order will show as processing. After we have sent your order out, your status will be updated to 'Sent' and you will receive your order in 7-10 working days.

Can I send you a cheque, cash or money order?

At this time we only accept PayPal as our preferred method of payment. It is quick, easy and the safest method.

Can I pay with a Credit card?

Yes you can. You can pay using a credit card through www.paypal.com

Can you ship my order DHL, UPS or Fedex so I can get it quicker?

No. All orders are sent by the United States Postal Service. We do this because its cheaper for you. If we were to use one of those other carriers the shipping would be more expensive than the product itself.

"I havent received my order, please could you send me a tracking number?"

USPS doesnt offer tracking numbers on International orders only domestic. So if you are ordering outside the USA we cannot provide a tracking number. Fear not though, as we have sent hundreds of orders overseas and orders tend to arrive in 7-10 working days as specified above.

Can I call and place an order?

No sorry that option is not available at this time.
