Hold Harmless Agreement

You must be 18 years of age or older to order. Purchaser acknowledges that materials purchased from Pyroplanet may have hazardous properties. The Buyer agrees to hold the seller harmless from and will indemnify seller from damages caused by the use of the materials purchased and in no event shall anyone involved with Pyroplanet be liable for consequential damages arising out of or connected with the sale, delivery, use or misuse of any materials purchased from Pyroplanet The buyer will not use the materials purchased in violation of any local law. This agreement applies to all your purchases: past, present & future. We require payment in advance on all orders. Our description of chemicals is based on representations made by our suppliers. We do not test to verify this information. Pyroplanet does not make any warranties, express or implied, concerning the suitability of any product we sell for any particular use. It is up to you, the buyer, to determine the suitability of each product for your intended use. You (the buyer) assume all risk and liability for any injury, loss, or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of your use or inability to use the product. If such chemicals or other products do not meet your needs, or if you do not accept these conditions, immediately return any or all items to Pyroplanet and we will issue you a refund. We can provide a printed Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) with every order if requested. Proper care should always be taken, and you should always treat it as hazardous and toxic and use adequate ventilation, and breathing, and skin protection when handling it. We are not responsible for, and will not reimburse you for orders that are seized by customs or postal officials in your country.

The above Hold Harmless agreement must be acknowledged and agreed to in order to complete your purchase.

The above is included in the Terms and Conditions at checkout, by acknowledging them, you the buyer agree to them and therefore take full responsibility for any products purchased from Pyroplanet.
