The Buyer agrees to hold the seller harmless from and will indemnify seller from damages caused by the use of the materials purchased and in no event shall anyone involved with Planetpyro.com be liable for consequential damages arising out of or connected with the sale, delivery, use or misuse of any materials purchased from Planetpyro.com
4. The buyer will not use the materials purchased in violation of any local, state, or federal law.
